Abstract: ABSTRACT A MULTIMODAL PERSONALIZED MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS PLATFORM WITH VIRTUAL REALITY INTEGRATION The present invention discloses ANAYASA, a multimodal personalised meditation and mindfulness platform implemented as a mobile application system. The system comprises an application server layer (100), a multimodal content delivery engine (110) with audio (111), visual mandala-based (112), and haptic vibrational (113) sub-modules, a user profiling and personalisation module (120), a virtual reality integration module (130) supporting both full VR and audio-VR modes, a community and expert coaching module (140), an adaptive scheduling and notification subsystem (150), an accessibility engine (160), and a cross-platform mobile client application (170) communicating through a secure network interface (180). The platform addresses the barriers of lack of awareness, time constraints, absence of personalised guidance, and inaccessibility for visually impaired users by integrating four sensory modalities within a single mobile application, supported by community features, expert coaching, and calendar-based habit formation tools.
