The system comprises a user interface module for receiving event reports, a geolocation module for determining real-time latitude and longitude coordinates associated with users, a backend server for processing event data, a cloud database for storing geo-tagged event reports together with images, captions, timestamps, and alert information, a map visualization engine for displaying nearby event reports on a digital map according to user proximity, a real-time synchronization module for transmitting updated alerts substantially in real time to nearby users, and an alert categorization module for classifying reports into accident, hazard, road issue, and general news categories. The system enables proximity-based filtering of event reports within a predefined geographical radius, thereby providing an organized location-based communication and community safety network.
