MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611060265 A) filed by Manipal University Jaipur on May 12, 2026, for A Neuro-Adaptive Authorization Capsule System With Quantum-Resilient Fragment Fusion For Secure Uav Override Control.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a neuro-adaptive authorization capsule system with quantum-resilient fragment fusion for secure UAV override control. The system comprises Neuro-Adaptive Authorization Capsules- closed, cryptographic micro-containers, which have quantum-resistant fusion of fragments, validation of individual missions, multi-authority signature recovery, and neuromorphic offline validation. These capsules confirm operator certification to UAV override and do not present rank, identity, clearance level or operation history. The system provides a mechanism of context-matching (zone, mission stage, time window) and secure multi-agency approval logic to ensure that UAV overrides are executed by authorized operatives within very rigid mission constraints. The presented invention solves severe weaknesses of existing UAV authorization system and provides the safety even in case of communication jamming, GPS spoofing, network loss, and adversarial escapes. The result is a military-grade, privacy-saving and quantum-secure override authority system.
