Abstract: The present invention discloses a non-invasive device (100) for monitoring blood glucose levels through breath analysis, including at least one metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) sensor (110) configured to detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in exhaled breath. Embodiments may also include at least one electrochemical sensor (120) operatively connected to the MOS sensor (110) and configured to detect the concentration of acetone in the exhaled breath with high specificity. Embodiments may also include a processing unit (130) communicatively coupled to the MOS sensor (110) and the electrochemical sensor (120), configured to process sensor data and determine blood glucose levels based on acetone concentration. Embodiments may also include a user interface (140) to display the blood glucose level in real-time with visual indicators for glucose thresholds. Embodiments may also include a power source (150) configured to supply power to the sensors, processing unit (130), and user interface (140).
