Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a non-invasive multi-parameter health monitoring system (100) that comprises a support platform (102), a sensing unit (104), a processing unit (106), a display unit (124), a communication unit (126), a power management unit (128), and a memory unit (130). The sensing unit (104) acquires physiological signals associated with a subject, and the processing unit (106) processes the acquired physiological signals through a data acquisition module (108), a pre-processing module (110), a signal processing module (112), a feature extraction module (114), a parameter estimation module (116), a data analysis module (118), a decision module (120), and a display control module (122) to determine physiological parameters. The determined physiological parameters are displayed through the display unit (124), communicated through the communication unit (126), and stored in the memory unit (130), thereby enabling portable, real-time, non-invasive multi- parameter health monitoring.
