MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511119598 A) filed by Nitin Kumar Garg on November 30, 2025, for A Novel Ai Based Hybrid Rf Microwave Laser Gas Cracker Unit And Furnace..
Inventor includes Nitin Kumar Garg.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: A hybrid laser–microwave gas cracker unit is disclosed in Fig.1, 2, 3, combining a high-power laser (100) with a microwave excitation subsystem (101) within a shared reaction chamber (102). The apparatus provides overlapping photonic and dielectric heating zones that selectively decompose, crack, or reform gaseous or other forms of species with high efficiency. A waveguide or resonant cavity injects microwave energy into the chamber, enabling plasma-assisted or dielectric-enhanced reactions. AI Based Real-time monitoring and control systems (103) regulate laser power, microwave intensity, flow, and chamber conditions. The hybrid design reduces fouling, improves selectivity, and enables high-throughput continuous operation. The proposed novel invention uses AI based RF Microwave electron resonance heating microwaves (101) & Solid or gas/ chemical Laser (100) to match the plasma natural frequency for energy transfer efficiently. Rapidly increase magnetic fields compress the plasma and raise its temperature. When feed stock i.e. Waste Plastic, Plastic Py- oil, Naphtha, Hydrogen, Methane, Ethane, Large or small Hydrocarbons comes in contact with high temperature of plasma in a proposed specialized furnace (Fig.1 &2, 3) , feed stock instantly breakdown and provide very high efficiency in furnace comparison with traditional methods i.e. Steam or other conventional methods of cracking & reduction in CO2 emmisions.
