Abstract: Using Insilico technologies, the proposed invention focuses on the unique chemical structure for the anti-cancer effect of protein targets. The structure was anticipated, constructed, and evaluated using automated insilico techniques. A novel molecule was produced by computeraided drug design (CADD) and chemical repurposing. This new medication was validated using pharmacokinetics metrics like ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity) and QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) profiling. The chemical was exposed to anti-cancer targets, specifically BRAF, after its pharmacological similarity score was successfully predicted. The BRAF sequence was utilized in a protein profiling investigation. An automated molecular drug docking method was used to dock the domain area. Our suggested chemical structure () may bind in the structural domain regions of BRAF, according to the overall docking.
