Abstract: ABSTRACT A NOVEL METHOD FOR ENHANCED SHOOT DEVELOPMENT AND HIGH PROLIFERATION IN CROP CULTIVATION The invention provides a method for enhancing shoot proliferation in crops by combining genetic manipulation, plant growth regulators (PGRs), and natural bio-stimulants. It involves isolating meristematic tissue from a selected crop, treating it with a custom blend of PGRs and bio-stimulants to promote rapid shoot formation, and activating specific genes associated with shoot proliferation through genetic tools like CRISPR/Cas9 or RNA interference. The tissue is cultivated under controlled environmental conditions to optimize growth, and shoots are periodically harvested to maintain continuous proliferation. This method significantly increases shoot numbers, accelerates growth cycles, and improves crop yield, while minimizing the environmental impact by reducing reliance on synthetic growth enhancers and promoting sustainable farming practices.
