Abstract: A method 100 comprising, adding water 110 and hypo 120 into fermentation tank 540 for producing chlorinated water, and circulating it through tank 540, its internal feedlines 670, 672 and components thereon (e.g., 666) for decontaminating them 130. Thereafter, allowing chlorinated water to sit in tank 540, 140, and determining, after said sitting 140, whether chlorinated water has transformed into fully disinfected water 150. Thereafter, causing adding of first portion of molasses and yeast into the fully disinfected water 160, and, pausing fermenter 500 for yeast propagation 170. Once yeast has propagated, resuming paused fermenter 500, and adding remainder molasses into tank 540 for forming fermentation broth 180, whose fermenting into wort, is induced, automatically, 190, and then continued 200. Thereafter, determining whether wort has transformed into fermented wash 210, and once transformed, causing halting of fermenting, 220, and discharging fermented wash into distillation unit 800, 230.
