Abstract: The present invention discloses a green, low-temperature process for the cryogenic extraction and multi-stage stabilization of heat-sensitive botanical bioactives intended for thermo-responsive delivery systems. The process comprises preparing a 1:10 mass-to-volume configuration by blending 1 gram of raspberry powder and 10 grams of pomegranate peel powder into 100 mL of distilled water, followed by continuous mechanical agitation in an orbital shaker for 48 hours to safely dissolve fragile active antioxidants. The clarified filtrate is then subjected to rapid ultra-low temperature immobilization at -20°C to form a solid ice matrix. The frozen block undergoes a 48-hour sublimative dehydration loop inside a deep cryogenic vacuum maintained strictly at a condenser temperature of -60°C and an ultra-low chamber pressure of 0.01 kPa. This process yields an ultra-pure, un-degraded, and highly porous dry powder concentrate that exhibits rapid hydrophilic reconstitution properties and retains maximum raw antioxidant capacity for localized clinical therapies.
