Abstract: The embodiments herein disclose a personalized booking system (PBS) through which a user places a booking via a single click. The PBS generates a user interface through which the user provides an input regarding the booking that they wish to place. The PBS analyzes the user’s input and information (stored in a database or another data storage) for determining an intent associated with the user’s input and a set of entities. Based on this, and also information relating to the user’s preferences, the PBS provides the user with a personalized/bespoke booking. The user then accepts or declines the booking, wherein in the case of the acceptance of the booking, the booking process is completed based on a single click from the user. In another embodiment, the PBS may predict an upcoming booking of a user, based on data from one or more external objects, and accordingly generate a personalized booking. FIG. 7
