Abstract: A pharmaceutical foam for dermatological applications is disclosed. The foam includes a medicated carrier reservoir, an active pharmaceutical ingredient phase, a foam-forming excipient system, a foam-stabilizing matrix, and a controlled dispensing actuator. Upon actuation, the composition forms a soft medicated foam that can be gently spread over a treated skin surface and collapse into a thin topical layer. The system supports uniform drug deposition, reduced rubbing, reproducible dosing, and application to sensitive, irregular, or hair-bearing dermatological regions.
