Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a pothole repair system and method for preparing and applying a pothole filler mixture on potholes is disclosed. The system (1000) comprises a supporting frame (101), a main assembly (102) mounted on the supporting frame (101), a heating chamber (103) and a feeder assembly (104) comprising a plurality of hopper units (105a, 105b, 105c) mounted on top of the main assembly (102) for feeding input materials comprising coal tar, plastic waste and a concrete mixture and a plurality of burners (106a, 106b) positioned beneath the plurality of hopper units (105a, 105b) in the heating chamber (103) for heating the input materials. The input materials are heated and mixed with a concrete mixture at a mixing chamber (111) thereby forming a pothole filler mixture and the formed pothole filler mixture is applied on potholes for repairing the potholes.
