Abstract: The present invention relates to a power-operated Triphal peeling unit designed to automate the peeling process of Triphal seeds, thereby improving efficiency, reducing manual labor, and enhancing safety. The unit comprises an external cylinder (1), an internal cylinder (2), a feeding trough with a covered chute (3), a grate (4), a main frame (5), a shaft (6), a sieve box (7), Variable speed motor (8) and a Discharge chute (9). The method of operation involves placing Triphal seeds into the feeding chute (3), rotating the internal cylinder (2) to peel the seeds, and separating the peeled seeds from the pericarp using the sieve assembly (7). The rotation speed is adjustable via the variable speed motor (8), allowing for optimized peeling according to specific requirements. The present invention offers a significant advancement over traditional, labor-intensive peeling methods by providing a more efficient, reliable, and user-friendly solution. Figure 1 through 7
