Abstract: The present invention relates to a to a predictive analytical framework for evaluating employee intention to stay through integrated behavioural and organizational analytics. The framework comprises a dual-dimensional person–job fit variables comprising person– job needs-supplies fit, and person-job demands abilities fit, together with affective commitment and career commitment variables, for generating retention-oriented predictive outputs. The framework comprises an input module, a dual-dimensional person–job fit evaluation module, an affective commitment mediation module, a career commitment moderation module, a moderated-mediation analytical engine, and a predictive output module. The analytical engine determines direct, indirect, and conditional indirect behavioural effects associated with employee retention behaviour.
