Abstract: The present invention relates to an adaptive hybrid artificial intelligence-based academic content evaluation system comprising an academic document input interface, an intelligent document acquisition unit, a semantic preprocessing engine, a multi-modal evaluation layer, an adaptive rubric intelligence engine, and an explainable scoring system. Academic documents in digital formats are processed through a semantic normalization pipeline to generate structured representations for analysis. A semantic context analysis engine evaluates conceptual relevance using contextual embeddings, while a federated plagiarism detection engine performs distributed similarity detection using hashed representations across decentralized data sources. A cognitive structure analyzer assesses logical flow and structural coherence of the document. Outputs from the analytical modules are synthesized through an adaptive rubric intelligence engine, which dynamically adjusts scoring weights based on contextual parameters. An explainable artificial intelligence scoring engine generates composite evaluation scores along with interpretable reasoning outputs and decision traces. A cognitive feedback generation module produces personalized feedback and improvement suggestions using generative artificial intelligence techniques, while a contextual advisory engine provides adaptive learning recommendations. The system includes an intelligent dashboard and reporting interface for visualization and institutional analysis. The system operates without utilizing optical character recognition and functions as a closed-loop intelligent evaluation framework capable of continuous learning and performance enhancement.
