Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a process for preparing nano-herbal bio-pesticide to control plant diseases from pathogenic bacteria. The process comprises a) isolating Prosopis juliflora plant extract by treating Prosopis juliflora leaves with 70% ethanol to obtain a crude Prosopis juliflora extract; b) preparing a base mixture (Solution A), comprising: transferring 20 mg of the crude Prosopis juliflora extract into a 5 mL glass vial; mixing the crude Prosopis juliflora extract with 10 mg of Eudragit RLPO in a ratio of 2:1; adding 0.2 mL of Labrafil M 1944 CS and 0.2 mL of polypropylene glycol to the mixture; and stirring the mixture continuously at 1500 RPM using a magnetic stirrer to ensure thorough blending; c) preparing Solution B, comprising: combining 1 mL of 70% ethanol with 0.5% Tween 80 to form an ethanol-based surfactant solution; and d) injecting Solution B dropwise into Solution A using a syringe, while maintaining constant stirring at room temperature, to form a nano-micellar bio-pesticide.
