Abstract: TITLE: A PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF VITAMIN E AND OMEGA 3 FATTY ACID-RICH SNACK AND PRODUCT THEREOF APPLICANT: SRI RAMACHANDRA INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a dysmenorrhea-relief nutritional snack bar. The method comprising: a. mixing powdered jaggery and powdered coconut sugar and combining with water to form a mixture; b. heating the mixture to form a syrup; c. mixing spirulina, sunflower seeds and walnuts into the syrup and blending with bajra flakes to form a blend; d. transferring the blend into a mold and cooling the molded blend to ambient temperature followed by demolding and cutting the cooled molded blend into individual nutritional snack bars. The present invention also discloses a dysmenorrhea-relief nutritional snack bar, prepared by the process described above.
