The invention further relates to a method for producing individual food products (2') from a pumpable raw food mass, wherein a food mass supply means, in particular the pump (3), conveys, in particular pumps, a raw food mass stream (2), in particular a raw meat stream, through a downstream continuous forming device (5) to a cutting device (7), wherein the cutting device (7) cuts the food mass stream (2) into individual food products (2').
