The bottom tank (104) comprises laterally formed through passages (201a, 201b) surrounded by reinforced wall regions for transferring radiator load to a support bracket (106). The extended arms (107a, 107b) of the support bracket (106) are housed within the bottom tank (104) and are coupled thereto by studs (203) extending through the through passages (201a, 201b). The invention further relates to a method (400) for mounting the radiator assembly (100) using integrated through passages (201a, 201b) and support bracket (106) positioned within the bottom tank (104). .
