Abstract: The present invention relates to a rapid micropropagation method for Allium stracheyi using an optimized in vitro tissue culture system. The method comprises explant sterilization, callus induction, shoot regeneration, rooting, and acclimatization under controlled conditions. Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with specific concentrations of plant growth regulators including BAP, NAA, and TDZ enhances regeneration efficiency. The method achieves approximately 88.88% callus induction, 100% shoot regeneration, and 100% rooting response, thereby enabling large-scale production of healthy, disease-free, and genetically uniform plants suitable for conservation and commercial cultivation.
