The present invention relates to a portable embedded electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring system for real-time cardiac condition assessment and continuous patient monitoring as shown in figure 1. The system comprises an ECG signal acquisition unit, an analog front-end module, an embedded processing unit, a wireless communication module, and a local network visualization module. The embedded processing unit processes ECG signals and performs on-device analysis using a machine learning model to generate cardiac condition outputs corresponding to normal and abnormal cardiac conditions. The system further enables real-time display, wireless transmission, and long-term storage of ECG data and monitoring results. Additionally, the local network visualization module provides browser-based access to ECG waveforms and cardiac condition outputs for multiple authorized users. The invention enables continuous cardiac monitoring with reduced latency and without dependence on external processing servers
