Abstract: ABSTRACT “A REAL-TIME IMAGING-BASED DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ACUTE STROKE MANAGEMENT” The present invention relates to a real-time imaging-based decision support system for acute stroke management. The system comprises an image acquisition interface configured to receive multimodal neuroimaging data from CT, CTA, CTP, MRI, DWI, PWI, SWI, MRA, and related imaging modalities. A preprocessing engine performs image normalization, artifact correction, registration, enhancement, and standardization. Processed images are analyzed by an artificial intelligence-based stroke detection engine configured to identify and classify ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke conditions. The system further includes an infarct quantification module, a penumbra assessment module, and a vascular analysis module for determining infarct core volume, salvageable tissue, and large vessel occlusions. Clinical parameters are integrated through a clinical integration engine and analyzed using predictive machine-learning models to estimate treatment outcomes, disease progression, and patient prognosis. Based on integrated imaging and clinical data, a treatment recommendation engine generates individualized therapeutic recommendations including thrombolytic therapy, mechanical thrombectomy, and neurosurgical interventions. A visualization interface presents diagnostic findings, prognostic indicators, lesion maps, vascular reconstructions, and treatment recommendations in real time. The invention enables rapid, accurate, and standardized stroke assessment, reduces treatment delays, facilitates telemedicine-based stroke care, and improves clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
