The constitutional profiling engine (102) is configured to compute a quantitative nature-based profile of an individual based on a plurality of parameters. The personalised intervention engine (108) is configured to generate adaptive health protocols based on the deviation profile and predicted disease tendencies. The contextual adaptation engine (110) is configured to dynamically modify the adaptive health protocols. The explainable intelligence module (114) is configured to generate human-readable rationale associated with each constitutional update, disease prediction, and adaptive health protocol.
