Independent Al agents perform accident verification, severity assessment, injury prediction, traffic intelligence, hospital intelligence, emergency-resource allocation, and secondary-incident prediction, with their outputs fused by a Decision Fusion Engine that computes a Dynamic Emergency Priority Index (DEPI) to generate an optimized emergency-dispatch recommendation. A Continuous Learning Agent adaptively updates the weighting of the DEPT using reinforcement learning based on the outcomes of past emergency responses, reducing false dispatches, improving hospital selection, optimizing resource utilization, and reducing overall emergency response time.
