Abstract: ABSTRACT A Self-Hosted Financial Intelligence Framework For Automated Financial Statement Analysis And Decision Support Using Large Language Models Financial statement analysis is essential for evaluating an organization's financial health and supporting business decision-making. However, financial statements are often maintained in Excel workbooks with inconsistent layouts, merged cells, multiple worksheets, and varying formats, making manual analysis time-consuming and error-prone. Existing solutions mainly focus on data extraction or report summarization and often rely on cloud-based Al services, creating data privacy concerns. The proposed Self-Hosted Financial Intelligence Framework for Automated Financial Statement Analysis and Decision Support Using Large Language Models (LLMs) automates financial data extraction, KPI calculation, and AI-based report generation through a secure, scalable microservices architecture. By providing an end-to-end workflow while keeping all financial data within the organization's infrastructure, the proposed framework improves analysis accuracy, reduces manual effort, and enables faster and more secure financial decision-making
