Abstract: The present invention is related to a simulator device for electrical muscle stimulation training. This is a IoT-Based invention for physiotherapy and medical education. The simulator provides a safe, non-invasive platform for learning electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) without applying electrical current to a human subject. The system comprises a mannequin equipped with force sensors (103) at anatomical motor points, servo motors (101) to simulate deep muscle contractions, and vibrator motors (102) for superficial activations. Dummy electrodes (104) interact with the force sensors to provide location-specific feedback. A Raspberry Pi control unit (105) interfaces with a display unit (106) and potentiometers (107–109) to allow real-time adjustment of pulse duration, intensity, and timing. A mode switch (110) and a Galvanic–Faradic selector (111) provides configurable stimulation responses. The simulator enables repeated practice of electrode placement, stimulation mode selection, and interpretation of muscle responses in a controlled educational environment.
