Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a smart, self-sterilizing and automatically refillable booster bottle system specifically designed for integration with dental chair units and similar clinical equipment. The invention introduces a unique combination of UV-C sterilization technology and sensor-based automated refilling within a single compact booster bottle assembly. The system comprises UV-C sterilization LEDs positioned within the chamber, a microcontroller-based control unit, upper and lower water level sensors, an inline micro-filter, a solenoid valve, and a distilled water inlet port. When the water level approaches a predefined minimum threshold, the lower sensor activates an audible alert indicating that the water is about to be depleted. Upon pressing a designated control button on the dental chair control panel, the system automatically initiates a programmed cycle in which the bottle interior undergoes UV-C sterilization followed by controlled refilling through the filtered inlet. The filling process automatically stops once the upper water level sensor detects the maximum level, thereby ensuring precise volume control. This invention represents a novel integration of automated sensing, audible notification, user-controlled activation, UV-based self-sterilization, and precision refilling within a single booster bottle unit. The system is specifically adaptable for routine use in dental clinics and other healthcare settings, where uninterrupted distilled water availability is required. The concept provides a technologically advanced and practical solution suitable for direct implementation in modem clinical environments.
