Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart compact waste-to-fuel conversion system (100) for producing high-efficiency cooking gas from domestic kitchen waste. The system comprises a waste input unit (110), a pre-processing module (120) configured to convert the waste into a homogeneous slurry, a bio-digestion reactor (130) for anaerobic decomposition of the waste to generate raw biogas, and a multi-stage gas purification unit (140) for removing impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and moisture to enhance gas quality. The purified gas is stored in a gas storage chamber (150) and supplied through a gas delivery mechanism (160) for domestic cooking applications. The system further includes a smart control and monitoring system (170) comprising sensors and a microcontroller unit (175) configured to monitor and regulate parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, and gas composition, thereby optimizing system performance and ensuring safety. The compact and sealed design minimizes odor emission and enables indoor installation. The invention provides an efficient, user-friendly, and environmentally sustainable solution for decentralized waste management and clean energy generation with improved gas quality and reduced processing time compared to conventional systems.
