MUMBAI, India, June 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621047932 A) filed by Ashit Atulbhai Shah; and Ketki Ashit Shah on April 15, 2026, for A Smart Energy-Efficient Hydraulic Power Pack System With Adaptive Load-Based Control And Vertical In-Line Motor-Pump Configuration.

Inventors include Ashit Atulbhai Shah; and Ketki Ashit Shah.

The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart hydraulic power pack system configured to deliver hydraulic output based on real-time load demand. The system comprises a hydraulic oil reservoir, a hydraulic pump, and a synchronous high-efficiency motor coupled to the pump in a vertical in-line configuration to improve suction characteristics and reduce pressure losses. A motor control unit, preferably a variable frequency drive, dynamically regulates motor speed in response to feedback from a pressure sensing element mounted on the discharge line, thereby enabling closed-loop pressure control. The system further includes sensing arrangements for monitoring oil level and temperature, an oil filtration arrangement with clogging detection, and a control system for safety interlocks and performance optimization. A Human Machine Interface facilitates real-time monitoring and parameter control. The invention provides reduced energy consumption, improved efficiency, enhanced safety, and extended component life in industrial hydraulic applications.
