The system includes a geyser unit (100) having a water storage tank (104), a water inlet (106), a water outlet (108), and a heating element (110). one or more sensors (112) configured to generate sensor data indicative of one or more operational parameters. The system further includes a data acquisition module (130) configured to obtain environmental data including outdoor temperature data and location data from a wireless system and a prediction engine (140) configured to perform demand forecasting and energy optimization based on user historical usage data, learned user preferences, and sensor data received from the one or more sensors (112) and the data acquisition module (130) via machine learning. The system further comprises a fault detection module (160) configured to monitor the one or more operational parameters of the geyser unit (100), a control unit (170) configured to automatically activate or deactivate the heating element (110) of the geyser unit (100) and an agentic AI module (180) configured to schedule a maintenance visit through automated calendar synchronization with both the service provider and the user.
