Abstract: This research delves into the pioneering domain of automation using PLCs and Motion control using Stepper motors, to design Cost effective pick and positioning 2- axis gantry device used extensively in the industry. Integrating with conventional methods prevalent in larger manufacturing industry, an innovative system centered around stepper motors as primary actuators and an industrial grade PLC for precise control is introduced in this study. Integrating with traditional work bench or conveyor-based systems, harmonizing human ingenuity with automated precision.
