Abstract: A smart oral dosage form with feedback control is disclosed. The dosage form includes a swallowable housing, drug reservoir, sensing module, control unit, power unit, controllable release interface, outlet passage, and protective electronic seal. The sensing module detects gastrointestinal conditions such as pH, hydration, temperature, conductivity, or pressure. The control unit processes sensor signals and actuates the release interface when stored feedback criteria are satisfied. The system enables responsive oral drug release while maintaining separation between pharmaceutical payload and electronic components.
