Abstract: Cloud computing environments require efficient resource allocation to handle dynamic workloads and ensure optimal performance. Traditional allocation methods are often reactive and may lead to resource underutilization, increased costs and service-level agreement (SLA) violations. This paper proposes a Smart Predictive Resource Allocation System using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cloud environments. The framework employs machine learning techniques to analyse historical resource usage data and predict future workload demands. Based on these predictions, the system dynamically allocates CPU, memory, storage and network resources to improve utilization and service quality. The proposed approach enables proactive scaling, reduces response time, minimizes operational costs and enhances overall cloud performance. Experimental results demonstrate improved prediction accuracy, efficient resource utilization and better SLA compliance compared with conventional resource management methods. The proposed AI-driven framework provides a scalable and intelligent solution for next-generation cloud computing infrastructures.
