Abstract: ABSTRACT A SMARTPHONE INTEGRATED COGNITIVE MONITORING STAND WITH ADAPTIVE FATIGUE ALERT SYSTEM The present invention relates to a smartphone-integrated cognitive monitoring stand (100) for real-time workplace fatigue detection and adaptive alerting. The system comprises a mechanical support structure (200) configured to position a smartphone at an ergonomic eye level, an integrated sensor assembly (300) including a dedicated RGB camera, infrared illumination, ambient light sensor, microphone, inertial measurement unit, and thermal sensor, an edge computing processing unit (400) with on-device AI acceleration and encrypted local storage, and a multi-modal alert system (500) comprising visual, haptic, audio, thermal, and display- based feedback. The processing unit (400) executes facial, postural, and physiological analysis to compute a unified fatigue score and generates context-aware, progressively escalating alerts based on user acknowledgment, while operating without mandatory cloud connectivity to ensure privacy.
