The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-channel optical wireless communication system for electromagnetically shielded enclosures. The system uses an existing optical viewport to transmit modulated optical signals from inside the enclosure to a receiver outside. The receiver employs photovoltaic cells that simultaneously function as optical detectors and energy harvesters, enabling self-powered operation. The system supports multiple parallel channels and eliminates the need for wired feedthroughs or external power sources.
