Abstract: ABSTRACT A STAGE-BASED ADAPTIVE LEARNING AGILITY FRAMEWORK AND SYSTEM FOR FOSTERING LEARNING CAPABILITY IN VUCA ENVIRONMENTS The present invention discloses a stage-based adaptive learning agility framework and system (100) for systematically fostering adaptive learning agility in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) organizational environments. The system (100) comprises a stage progression engine (110) implementing nine sequential developmental stages organized into three developmental levels: Preparedness Level (111), Understanding and Acceptance Level (112), and Commitment Level (113). The system integrates a learning engagement module (120) operating across behavioural, cognitive, and emotional dimensions, a learning effectiveness module (130) incorporating dual competency progression frameworks, and a commitment-to-change module (140) as a staged moderating mechanism. A dynamic intervention mapping mechanism (150) links specific learning tools and interventions to each stage. The system further comprises a stage assessment module (160) for identifying a learner’s current developmental stage and an analytics and reporting module (170) for monitoring progression metrics. The framework uniquely integrates learning engagement, learning effectiveness, and commitment-to-change as three interdependent constructs into a unified stage-driven developmental architecture for VUCA environments.
