A shaft (5) inserted in between the first collar (2) and the second collar (4) and configured to connect the first leg (1) and the second leg (1).The shaft (5) comprises at least one elongated end (6,7) and at least one resilient member (8,9) being secured on the at least one elongated end (6,7) wherein the least one resilient member (8,9) lies in 10 between the shaft (5) and at least one of a first collar (2) and second collar (4).
