The assembly (100) includes a steering shaft assembly (110) configured to support the saddle type vehicle on a front wheel of the saddle type vehicle, where the steering shaft assembly (110) is supported on an under-bracket (120) on a lower end (112) and is operatively coupled with a steering handle of the saddle type vehicle on an upper end (114) of the steering shaft assembly (110). The steering shaft assembly (110) includes a tube member (116) configured towards the upper end (114) of the steering shaft assembly (110), and the under-bracket (120) including an extended cavity (124) formed by extending an upper portion (122a) of a shaft cavity (122) of the under-bracket (120) such that a lower portion (116b) of the tube member (116) is inserted into the extended cavity (124).
