Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to a sustainable high-performance concrete composition incorporating multiple industrial by-products for enhanced strength and durability. The composition comprises hydraulic cement, a plurality of industrial and/or agro-industrial by-products, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, and optionally one or more chemical admixtures. The industrial by-products are selected based on their physical, chemical, and mineralogical characteristics and may include fly ash, ground granulated blast-furnace slag, silica fume, rice husk ash, quarry dust, foundry sand, steel industry residues, and combinations thereof. The selected by-products are processed by drying, crushing, grinding, sieving, classification, and/or homogenization and are incorporated in predetermined proportions to provide complementary particle-packing and cementitious properties. Upon addition of water, hydration of the cement and secondary reactions involving reactive constituents of the by-products generate additional cementitious products, while fine particles fill voids within the concrete matrix. The resulting microstructural refinement reduces interconnected porosity and improves the cement–aggregate interfacial transition zone. The invention thereby provides concrete having enhanced compressive strength, matrix density, durability, and resistance to permeability and environmental deterioration, while reducing consumption of conventional raw materials and promoting beneficial utilization of industrial by-products. The invention is applicable to structural and infrastructure construction requiring sustainable, durable, and high-performance concrete.
