Abstract: Now a days almost each and every cities and village in many countries including India has the sever line to drain the dirty water from household to area wise server lines setup. All the area wise server lines connect with the main sever line which further ends at the main canal by which the dirty water is made outside from the city or village. In this current invention a system and architecture is designed for the generation of electricity by the dirty sever water by rotating the hydro turbine by dropping water on turbine blade plate to rotate with water force. All the turbine blade plates are installed on the central shaft rod which is connected with 3 Phase 220 Volt Alternator one side and other side a heavy weighted wheel approx. 60 Kilograms from 2 KWH Alternator and per kilowatt 2 KG more weighted wheel is considered. The water ejection is taken by fuset to enhance force for water on specified location of turbine blade plate. The current design and architecture can fulfill most of the energy requirement to city and village as per the sever water quantity. High efficient water proof bearings are being used to reduce the friction to support maximum rotation and turbine blade plates are steel built for long durability and its weight to enhance the movement.
