Abstract: The present invention related to a synergistic bio-organic agricultural composition available in liquid and granular forms and a process for preparation thereof. The composition comprises botanical extracts derived from Madhuca longifolia and Musa paradisiaca, separately prepared carbonaceous, root-extract, and leaf-extract matrices, a beneficial microbial consortium, and an organic fermentation medium comprising jaggery-based nutrients. The process comprises cleaning and shade drying botanical materials, pulverization, hydro-aqueous extraction under controlled temperature conditions, preparation and maturation of separate matrices, microbial inoculation, and controlled fermentation in a fermenter vessel followed by filtration and packaging. In one embodiment, the fermented composition is coated onto absorbent granular carriers selected from bentonite clay, gypsum granules, or combinations thereof to obtain bio-stabilized granules, followed by low-temperature drying to preserve microbial viability and biological activity. The disclosed composition and process provide enhanced soil microbial activity, nutrient availability, root development, plant growth, and environmental stress tolerance for agricultural applications including foliar spray, drip irrigation, fertigation, and soil application.
