Abstract: The present invention relates to a synergistic composition and its method of preparation for wellness and performance-support routines. The composition comprises 2% to 5% by weight of a cannabis extract obtained from Cannabis sativa L., 3% to 7% by weight of a botanical terpene blend, and 88% to 95% by weight of medium-chain triglyceride oil as a carrier. The cannabis extract and the botanical terpene blend are dispersed in the medium-chain triglyceride oil to form a stable and uniform composition. The method of preparation comprises heating the cannabis extract, dispersing it in medium-chain triglyceride oil, and cooling the dispersion below 35°C, followed by addition and mixing of the botanical terpene blend at a temperature not exceeding 35°C to obtain the composition.
