Abstract: The disclosed system (100) for adjusting one or more functional equipment (110) of a vehicle (101), includes one or more sensors (102) arranged with a vertically oriented grab handle (105) associated with a door (103) of a cabin of the vehicle (101). The sensors (102) are configured to generate a first signal indicative of a holding position on the grab handle (105) by a user in a state corresponding to entering the cabin through the door (103). A controller (104) is operatively coupled to the sensors (102). The controller (104) is configured to receive the first signal from the sensors (102). The controller (104) is configured to assess, based on the received first signal, a height of the user. The controller (104) generates one or more control signals for adjusting position of the functional equipment (110), based on the assessed height of the user to enhance comfort for the user.
