Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR AI-DRIVEN COGNITIVE MANAGEMENT EVOLUTION, ORGANIZATIONAL DIGITAL TWIN SIMULATION, AND PREDICTIVE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE An AI-driven cognitive management evolution and predictive enterprise intelligence system and method are disclosed. The system comprises an intelligent management evolution apparatus which includes a processor, a memory, a transceiver, a semantic management knowledge graph engine, an AI/ML-based organizational evolution prediction unit, a cognitive organizational digital twin module, an adaptive strategic recommendation engine, a federated organizational intelligence learning module, a behavioral analytics unit, and an explainable artificial intelligence governance module. The system obtains enterprise interaction devices and communication networks to obtain organizational datasets related to enterprise workflows, workforce behavior patterns, governance conditions, and operational activities. The semantic management knowledge graph engine constructs linked organizational intelligence structures and the AI/ML- based organizational evolution prediction unit provides predictive enterprise analytics and organizational maturity analysis.
