Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR AI-DRIVEN PREDICTIVE CHANNEL ESTIMATION IN CELL-FREE 6G NETWORKS The present invention provides a system and method for AI-driven predictive channel estimation and self-optimizing communication orchestration in cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) 6G networks. The system includes a plurality of distributed access points, a communication intelligence server, and intelligent communication modules configured to acquire wireless communication signals, pilot transmission information, environmental sensing data, and synchronization characteristics associated with user communication devices. A federated digital twin intelligence module produces predictive wireless propagation replicas for anticipatory channel reconstruction and mobility-aware communication adaptation. Adaptive pilot scheduling . Probabilistic minimization of pilot reuse . Spectral optimization . A quantum assisted pilot optimization engine . The system also incorporates semantic communication prioritization, neuromorphic edge intelligence acceleration, cross-layer environmental propagation intelligence, self-evolving meta-learning optimization and adversarial communication security mechanisms.
