MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641091742 A) filed by Niyamkavach Ai Labs Private Limited on July 29, 2026, for A System And A Method For Cryptographically Authenticated Command Execution In Cyber- Physical Systems.

Inventor includes Vedavyas Vayalpadu.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: A system and a method for cryptographically authenticated command execution in cyber-physical systems is disclosed. The system includes processor, and memory with instructions to: receive command instructions from application processor intended to control physical outputs; generate command packets corresponding to command instructions, each command packet; authenticate each command packet using hybrid cryptographic scheme comprising symmetric authentication technique and asymmetric authentication technique; associate corresponding counter value using monotonic counter maintained in protected memory; determine validity window corresponding to timestamp; transmit command packets to secure output controller through isolated communication path; verify command packets based on hybrid cryptographic scheme, corresponding counter value, and validity window; reject command packets having invalid authentication result, invalid corresponding counter value, or expired validity window; generate output control signals; control physical outputs; trigger predefined failsafe operation upon detection of authentication failure, timeout condition, invalid corresponding counter value, expired validity window, or communication interruption.
