Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR EARLY DETECTION AND PROGRESSION PREDICTION OF NEURODEGENERATIVE DISORDERS The present disclosure discloses a system (100) and a method (200) for early detection and progression prediction of neurodegenerative disorders. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (102) acquire heterogeneous longitudinal subject data. A data pre-processing module (104) correlates records from multiple data sources to generate visit-level representations. A stage determination module (106) maps each visit-level representation to a disease stage and generates a disease-stage-assigned visit-level representations. A progression pair generation module (108) generates disease progression pairs and derives disease progression trajectories by restricting disease-stage transitions to predetermined medically plausible transitions. An early detection module (110) processes the disease-stage-assigned visit-level representations to determine a current disease stage. A progression prediction module (112) predicts a clinically plausible subsequent disease stage. A prognosis generation module (114) generates progression risk information and disease-stage transition information. An output generation module (116) compiles outputs to generate progression forecasts, transition summaries, and clinical decision-support outputs.
