Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR IDENTITY BASED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT USING A STAGED PSYCHOSPIRITUAL FRAMEWORK The present disclosure relates to a system and method for structured leadership development using a SADNA framework. The framework organizes guided reflection into Scarcity, Awareness, Detachment, Nirvana and Abundance stages. A participant identifies a leadership situation, examines identity-related assumptions, observes thoughts and emotions, considers dependence on outcomes and identifies action aligned with role, purpose and situational needs. An abundance realization arrangement provides four tools comprising acknowledgment of present conditions, appreciation of existing resources, alignment with inner completeness and contribution-oriented action. A domain-application component relates the reflection to Self, People, Organization and Society. A review component revisits the interpretation and selected action. The arrangement supports facilitated coaching, workbook activities or guided learning and provides a structured basis for examining proposed relationships between identity attachment, emotional reactivity, purposeful action and inner sufficiency.
