Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR MASKING NOISE IN VEHICLES The invention relates to a system (102) and a method (300) for masking noise in a vehicle (106). The disclosed system (102) comprises a processor 5 (104) configured to receive a signal from at least one vehicle sensor (236-1, 236-2, 236-3….236-n) indicating a speed of the vehicle (106) or revolutions per minute (RPM) of a motor of the vehicle (106). The processor (104) is to actuate a plurality of speakers (108-1, 108-2, 108-3….108-n) to play an audio to mask noise inside a cabin of the vehicle (106). The plurality 10 of speakers (108-1, 108-2, 108-3….108-n) being positioned at predetermined locations within the cabin, and an amplitude of the audio varies based on the signal received by the processor (104).
